Who I am

I’m Hillary Aure-Olmo, RN, MSN, CPEN, CCHC, and the founder of MountainMinds. With over 10 years of experience as a nurse, most of that time spent in emergency and pediatric care, I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is to be prepared for medical emergencies, especially when caring for children. Since 2020, I’ve been working in Colorado Springs, supporting local childcare programs and professionals with hands-on training and health consulting tailored to their needs.

I’m passionate about making CPR, First Aid, and health and safety training feel approachable, practical, and empowering. I don’t just teach to check a box—I focus on giving you the confidence and real-world skills to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most. Whether you're new to this or need a refresher, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My Mission

My mission is clear and deeply rooted in my passion for child safety: to help create safer, healthier environments where children can thrive, learn, and grow with confidence. I believe that every caregiver deserves the tools and training to respond to emergencies with calm and skill, and that every child deserves to be cared for in a space where their well-being is a top priority.

Through MountainMinds, I’m committed to building a stronger, more prepared childcare community across Colorado. Together, we can make a lasting impact, one classroom, one program, and one caregiver at a time.
